    Daytime Postpartum Support

    This is a great plan for first time parents. I will visit you as early as the day you come out of hospital if required. Spend a minimum of three hours a day , minimum of two days a week. Helping with the birth recovery, supporting lactation, nutritional advice, showing you how to care for your new baby while caring for the new parents.

    $55 per hour minimum two weeks contract

    Postpartum Night Support

    To ensure you get the rest you need to aid your postpartum recovery, I offer 1-3 nights a week doula support. I attend to the baby while you are resting. I’ll be feeding, diaper changing, and helping your baby sleep.

    I also help with light household tasks such as laundry, bottle cleaning, and sterilizing and meal prep when possible.

    $65 per hour, eight hours a night minimum for a minimum of four weeks

    Postpartum Chef

    Eating well is imperative during the postpartum period. I focus of the nutrition needed for the birthing person’s recovery. Easy to digest, warm, highly nutritious foods cooked in your home.

    Ex- owner of Genuine Goodness in Orinda and I’m passionate about making health, great tasting food. I believe that nourishing our bodies should not stop once the baby is born.

    I menu plan with you, shopping for ingredients (client pays for ingredients). Come to you home and prepare meals for you to enjoy

    I aim to make two soups (feeds up to four), two entrees (feeds up to four) 2 heavy salads.

    This is a perfect gift for new parents.

    $60 per hour minimum 3 hours (Duration depends on complexity and cooking time of meals.)

    Baby Massage

    Infant massage has a multitude of benefits for the baby and parent such as help with digestive problems, colic, teething and also aids relaxation and sleep. Infant massage is a wonderful experience which helps baby and parent connect and contributes to attachment and bonding.

    We have a few options-

    Host your baby group/ moms group and run a course in your home. The course runs for 5 weeks and the session is spilt between massage instruction and support time. The cost is $150 pp minimum six people. As a thank you the host gets the course for free.

    Have a private class in your home $150 for two hours.
